My nutrition philosophy is grounded in the principles of mindfulness, joy, and nutrition science. Each person's relationship to food is unique and therefore I meet people where they are to obtain the best results possible. My goal is to help you hone your relationship with food and eating to a place where you are comfortable, happy, and vibrant. We will work together to design a program to help you reach your goals and maintain them long term.
