Nutrition Therapy

​At our initial session, we'll discuss your health, relationship to food and your body, and goals. Then we will plan a path for our work together. Some people need just a couple sessions to get them on track, while others benefit most from an ongoing relationship with me. I offer sessions in packages because the work we'll do together takes time and commitment. 

I use a "non-diet" approach for weight and body image concerns. The key to finding peace with food and the way you eat is something you've known all along. We will work to uncover what's holding you back. I offer nutrition services for: 

  • Healing your relationship to food and your body - stop obsessing about food and find a place where food and eating are nourishing - without the guilt

  • Digestive wellness

  • Cardiovascular wellness

You will leave with a sense of accomplishment that you have taken your health into your hands! Sessions are held virtually via a safe and easy to use online telehealth system.

This program is designed specifically to help you take the chaos out of planning meals while you find a system that works for you. This meal plan is meant to be used short term whiles while learning how to fit these processes into your life for long-term ease and deliciousness.
