Ask me anything
A free Q&A. Come ask me anything about food, eating disorder recovery, chronic dieting, and what actually helps when dieting hasn’t. I’ll also talk about Love Food Again, my six-month group program that’s enrolling now, so bring those questions too.
You’ve tried to do it “right.”
Clean eating. Calorie counting. Cutting carbs. Listening to your hunger. Ignoring your hunger.
Even intuitive eating — sort of.
But food still feels confusing. Emotional. Exhausting.
If that’s you, you’re not alone, and you’re not failing. You’ve been swimming in a culture that trained you to distrust your body since you were about nine years old.
So come ask me things. About that, about food in general, or about whether Love Food Again is your right next step.
What We’ll Chat About
I’ll chat about the Love Food Again Program. Enrollment is open Sept 8 – 26 and we start Sept 28.
Read all the Love Food Details here.
I’ll walk through what the six months looks like and feels like. What the coaching calls are like, what you’ll learn, how you need to show up, all of it.
I’ll talk about who it’s best for and who it isn’t. I can answer any questions you have about the program or about if you’re a good fit for it.
I’ll explain the pricing model and how to choose which ones feels best for you.
And any other questions you have.
Ask me about intuitive eating, body image, eating disorder recovery, hunger and fullness, why we’re so obsessed with protein, how to feed yourself on a hard day. I’m an open book.
I’m a registered dietitian and a certified intuitive eating counselor, and I’d love to save you from google.
How It’ll Go
I’ll leave the floor open for your questions. If nobody asks anything, I’ll happily fill the time complaining about the wellness industry, spreading my love for Intuitive Eaitng, and talking about Love Food Again and how it works.
Come join us!
Your body isn’t the problem. The way you’ve been taught to treat it is.

About Me
Emily Van Eck, MS, RDN
Registered Dietitian. Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Food therapist energy.
I help adults untangle their relationship with food and body so they can eat with confidence, find freedom with food, and trust their perfectly imperfect bodies.
My approach blends nutrition, trauma-informed care, intuitive eating, and anti-diet, feminist values. This work is deep, honest, and powerfully liberating. I’d love to share it with you.
