I am in-network with BCBS PPO and HMO. In order to verify your insurance benefits, please call the number on the back of your insurance card. Luckily, BCBS has great customer service, so this should only take about 5-10 minutes. Below is a sample script with the questions you'll want to ask customer service. It is your responsibility to understand what your coverage is. I will submit the claims to BCBS for you.
