It’s Not You. It’s Everything You’ve Been Taught About Food.

This free workshop will help you understand why and introduce a grounded, feminist approach to healing your relationship with food.

You’ve tried to do it “right.”

Clean eating. Calorie counting. Cutting carbs. Listening to your hunger. Ignoring your hunger.
Even intuitive eating — sort of.

But food still feels confusing. Emotional. Exhausting.

If that’s you, you’re not alone. You’re not failing — you’ve just been swimming in a culture that’s trained you to distrust your body. And it’s time to unlearn that.

A New Lens On Food & Body Struggles

It’s tempting to drag yourself — begrudgingly — into another “healthy” plan or reset. Not because you believe it’ll work forever, but because you honestly don’t know what else to do.

But what if more control isn’t the answer? What if it’s more understanding?

In this workshop, we’ll look at your food and body struggles through a different lens — one that sees bingeing, guilt, perfectionism, and rebellion as responses to deeper patterns that are ready to be unlearned.

✨ When you understand what’s actually happening, you can stop repeating the cycle — and start responding to your needs with clarity, compassion, and trust.

If These Sound Familiar, You’re Not Alone.

  • You’ve done every diet (and “non-diet”) approach out there
  • You know diet culture is toxic, but you still obsess about food
  • You feel guilty, out of control, or not disciplined enough
  • You want to raise intuitive eaters, but aren’t sure how
  • You’re tired of feeling like food is the one thing you should have figured out by now

This workshop is for you if…

You're frustrated with your body, but can't imagine cutting out the foods you love

You’re not interested in another season of white-knuckling your way through a plan. You want to feel better, yes—but not at the cost of pleasure, connection, or sanity.

You feel tempted by a new plan (or weight loss drugs) but something in you is saying “wait.”

You’re not wrong for wanting relief. But maybe, before you override your instincts again, you want to make sure you’ve looked beneath the surface. This is your pause button.

You’ve tried being super disciplined with food—and also totally letting go—and neither one feels quite right.

You’re over the extremes. You just want to feel good and peaceful with food, without it taking up so much space in your brain.

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place. This workshop will show you a way forward.

A New Way Of Looking At Your Relationship With Food

We’ll explore how your relationship with food got so complicated — and what it actually takes to begin healing it. Not with more willpower or rules, but with curiosity, context, and compassion.

This includes:

A breakdown of why food often says emotionally loaded, even after quitting diets

How diet culture disguises itself as “wellness,” perfectionism, and productivity

The invisible influences shaping how you eat (hi, mom… media… medicine)

What intuitive eating actually is — and how to start without feeling like you’re doing it wrong

This isn’t about becoming the perfect intuitive eater. It’s about creating space to finally feel free.

Words From Others

Mallory

“This work shifted my view so much. I can treat my body kindly with good nutrition while also accepting it in its current size — not some ideal future version.”

Lindsey

“I didn’t realize how much I was still stuck in guilt and shoulds and how that was keeping me stuck losing and gaining the same 30 pounds every year. I finally have language for what I’ve felt for years.”

Sam

“I felt so seen and validated. For the first time, I understood that my patterns with food weren’t a personal failure — they were survival strategies. Mind blown.”

FAQ

What if I’ve already tried intuitive eating and felt more confused?

This workshop is especially for people who’ve started down this path but still feel unsure or stuck. I hope to show you how to really make it work for you.

Do you ever hold this live?

This is a recording from a live workshop from October 2025. I’m not sure when I’ll do another one live. Sign up and watch right away.

Is this going to be a sales pitch?

Nope. You’ll hear about support options if you want more, but only after we’ve spent time learning and reflecting together.

Is this right for someone on GLP-1s?

If you’re interested in exploring your relationship with food, this workshop is right for you. I am not pro or against these medications, but will nudge you to explore what you really want out of them and if they’re right for you. Many people I work with want to explore how to work on their relationship with food without them.

There’s nothing wrong with you. You just haven’t been taught this yet.

Let’s change that — with knowledge, compassion, and a community that gets it.
